As 2022 draws to an end we would like to take a moment to recognize what an amazing year it has been for Advent eLearning. We have made great strides in the pursuit of our mission to innovate and provide new sentencing and diversion options for prosecutors, judges, defense attorneys and probation officers looking to best serve their clients and communities.
The Advent eLearning website was reengineered this year to create easier pathways to help for students, and to the integration of our diversion management platform for agencies in need of diversion and alternative sentencing tools. This new online presence has accelerated the growth of both Advent agency and student participants benefiting from over 30 behavior changing courses designed to improve the lives of those in need of help.
This year also marked the release of a major platform update with groundbreaking
workflow automation to streamline diversion and alternate sentencing programs. Institutions can now bundle any combination of Advent’s offerings into a customized ‘Curriculum’, assign curriculum to defendants via the ‘Application Portal’, as well as manage applications and diversion programs all within the AeL platform. Improvements in workflow automation, user interface updates to improve usability, consistency and user focus, and user experience updates allowing for more options for customization and reporting are all improvements designed to make agencies diversion or alternative sentencing programs more efficient and easier to manage.
2022 was also a year of growth within the company with the addition of customer support, sales, operations, and marketing staff members. Our Advent family continues to grow and evolve to best served the needs of our customers.
Yes, this has been a year of growth for Advent eLearning that brought focus, and new functionality creating an even better experience for our platform users. We are proud of the growth and improvement we have accomplished this year and we know that we have our customers and students to thank for supporting our mission to provide the best in diversion and alternative sentencing options while changing lives for the better.
